Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

Placeholder policy. This text describes our intended practices in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced with a policy drafted for your jurisdiction before launch.

Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, username, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Profile content — anything you choose to publish: bio, photos, portfolio work, posts and comments.
  • Booking details — the contact details, placement, size and reference images you submit with a booking request.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To run your account, publish what you ask us to publish, pass booking requests to the artist or studio you selected, keep the platform secure, and respond when you contact us.

Who we share it with

Booking details go to the artist or studio you are booking with — that is the point of the request. Beyond that we share personal data only with the service providers that host and operate the site, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Booking records are retained for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action it.

Cookies
